Your mission at NOVAE:

We are looking for a Senior Planning Engineer to support our client on large-scale EPC projects in the energy sector. Main missions: You will be responsible for the planning management of complex industrial projects (€50 to €500 M) by ensuring deadline control throughout the project life cycle. In this capacity, you will be required to: ✅ Develop and maintain baseline schedules under Primavera P6 ✅ Build and monitor progress indicators ✅ Coordinate different technical disciplines to ensure milestone consistency ✅ Identify critical paths and propose corrective action plans ✅ Perform progress analyses and forecasts ✅ Participate in project reviews and support Project Managers in decision-making ✅ Guarantee a reliable vision of deadlines and progress to stakeholders.

Profile

You have: ✔️ A minimum of 10 years of experience on industrial EPC projects ✔️ Excellent mastery of Primavera P6 (indispensable) ✔️ Experience in the Oil & Gas, Chemistry, or Energy sectors ✔️ A good understanding of engineering processes (P&ID, 3D models, E&I cycles…) ✔️ Fluent professional English
