Context ✈️ Do you want to work on strategic projects with high technological stakes? Join us to intervene at one of the French leaders in defense, specializing in the development of command, communication, and next-generation radar systems intended for land and air forces. As part of an increase in activity, we are looking for a Configuration Management Engineer M/F to support the development of innovative military radar systems at the Limours (91) site. You will join a demanding environment where configuration mastery is a key element for project success and deliverable compliance throughout the systems' life cycle. Missions Within the project teams, you are the guarantor of the configuration management of your scope and intervene in collaboration with the system engineering teams. In this capacity, you will be required to: Implement and maintain the configuration management activities defined in the Configuration Management Plan.

Manage configuration trees and repositories.

Organize and lead Configuration Control Boards (CCB).

Record and ensure the follow-up of evolutions decided in the board.

Monitor the progress of activities and perform reporting to operational managers.

Prepare periodic verifications of configuration data as well as configuration audits at the end of development.

Support project teams in the application of the configuration management process and in the use of associated tools and methods.

Verify the compliance of deliverables from suppliers and subcontractors with respect to configuration management requirements.

Participate in the continuous improvement of configuration management practices on Radar projects. Your skills 💼 Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5), ideally with a specialization in System Engineering.

You have 4 to 10 years of experience in configuration management in a complex industrial environment.

You master Configuration Management principles and processes.

You possess a good knowledge of Radar systems, ideally GM400 solutions.

You are comfortable with the Windchill (PLM) tool.

You have a good level of professional English. Your qualities ✨ Rigor and organizational skills.

Autonomy in managing your activities.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to support teams with pedagogy.
