Your mission at NOVAE:

We are looking for an HSE Engineer – Risk Management to work on a strategic industrial site. Main missions:

Your mission As a true HSE referent for site organization, you will manage HSE preparation, site organization, team support, and risk management before and during works. In this capacity, you will notably be required to: Safety Organization — Define and implement safety measures on sites.

Documentary Preparation — Produce HSE plans, procedures, instructions, and regulatory documents.

Field Support — Support local HSE managers and subcontractors.

Safety Audits — Perform verifications, controls, inspections, and internal audits.

Safety Meetings — Participate in coordination meetings, analyze deviations, and propose actions.

Risk Analysis — Identify risks (fire, gas, fire), evaluate prevention measures.

Subcontractor Qualification — Verify the HSE capabilities of intervening companies.

Weekly Reporting — Produce a clear, structured report every week.

Mobility — Regular travel in France and Europe.

Profile Education: Engineer / Master HSE, Industrial Risks or equivalent.

Experience: 3 to 10 years in HSE site, construction, industrial installation.

Key skills: Risk analysis (fire, gas, fire).

Safety audits and regulatory verifications.

HSE organization of sites.

Ability to support and influence teams.

Soft skills: rigor, autonomy, clear communication, field leadership.

Professional English appreciated.

Mobility indispensable (France + Europe).
