Your mission at NOVAE:

We are looking for an HSE Engineer – Risk Management to work on a strategic industrial site. Main missions:

Your mission As a true expert in industrial risk management, you will support operational teams in the identification, analysis, and prevention of risks in order to guarantee regulatory compliance and the continuous improvement of HSE performance. In this capacity, you will notably be required to: Perform risk analyses (HAZOP, AMDEC, reliability analyses…) Support teams in the deployment of industrial risk management processes Develop and update regulatory files related to classified installations (ICPE) Participate in solvent management and the monitoring of regulatory obligations Contribute to the development of HSE procedures and prevention plans Perform LOTO evaluations and support their implementation Participate in regulatory inspections and the monitoring of action plans Design and lead safety awareness and training actions for the teams.

Profile You hold a Master 2 or an Engineering degree specialized in HSE / Risk Management. You have solid experience in an industrial environment and possess strong skills in: ✔️ Risk analyses (HAZOP, AMDEC…) ✔️ Reliability ✔️ HSE and ICPE regulations ✔️ Industrial risk prevention ✔️ HSE project management
