Your mission at NOVAE: Do you enjoy managing an industrial project from its definition to the commissioning of the equipment at the client's site? NOVAE is looking for an Engineer – Industrial Project Manager M/F to support an international industrial player in the production of technical equipment intended for particularly demanding environments. You will be at the heart of the projects and will ensure coordination between studies, procurement, production, control, budget, and the client, from launch to delivery and the startup of the equipment. 🎯 YOUR MISSION: MANAGE THE PROJECT FROM A TO Z You will take charge of a portfolio of industrial projects and be responsible for their successful execution in terms of deadlines, costs, risks, and technical compliance. Concretely, you will be required to: 🔹 Define the objectives and feasibility of projects in interface with the sales teams 🔹 Build and manage project schedules and milestones 🔹 Identify, analyze, and monitor project risks 🔹 Coordinate the progress of studies and technical files 🔹 Monitor procurement, manufacturing, controls, and equipment testing 🔹 Coordinate different internal services and external stakeholders 🔹 Manage costs, budgets, and deadlines 🔹 Anticipate bottlenecks and startups 🔹 Ensure the technical, safety, and environmental compliance of the delivered equipment 🔹 Ensure regular interface with the client and communicate on project progress 🔹 Support delivery and on-site commissioning 📊 YOUR MAIN DELIVERABLES You will notably be responsible for the production and monitoring of: Project Management Plan | Schedule | Budget dashboard | Risk mapping and matrix | Progress reports and reviews
Profile 👤 THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR You have an Engineering degree or a Master's degree (Bac+5) in a technical field and have a first successful experience in industrial project management / engineering / equipment manufacturing. You know how to simultaneously monitor the technical, scheduling, procurement, production, and budgetary dimensions of a project. Above all, we are looking for someone capable of coordinating different professions, anticipating risks, moving topics forward, and maintaining clear communication with the client. Technical English, allowing you to read and write professional documentation, is necessary. 🤝 Rigor, organization, autonomy, ability to anticipate, and excellent interpersonal skills will be essential to succeed in this role. 🚀 WHY JOIN US?
