Aeronautical Technical Trainer (M/F)

As part of the strengthening of our training department, NOVAE is recruiting an aeronautical technical trainer to intervene in sessions dedicated to the maintenance of helicopter turbine engines. You will join a team of pedagogical experts responsible for transmitting knowledge and know-how to professionals in the sector, in a certified and demanding environment.

🚁 Your main missions Deliver technical training (theoretical courses and practical sessions) for aeronautical maintenance technicians

Work on helicopter turbine engines (scale 1), following defined pedagogical supports

Adapt and enrich training content according to technical evolutions

Participate in technological and pedagogical monitoring

Support learners throughout their journey

Perform missions on client sites, both in France and abroad

👤 Profile sought

✅ Training (at least one of the required criteria): BAC+2 in a technical or scientific field

OR Licence Part 66 (B1.3 or B2)

OR Technician license according to the OACI / FRA66 standard

OR Licence 3 in Sciences de l'Éducation

✅ Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an aeronautical environment, in maintenance or production

Experience with helicopter engines (turboshaft engines) is a major asset

✅ Skills: Solid technical foundations (aeronautical documentation, turbine engines, quality procedures)

Oral fluency, pedagogy, active listening

Ability to manage a group, sense of service, adaptability

Autonomy and rigor

🌐 Language: Professional English mandatory: you must be able to lead a technical training in English (minimum B2 level required)
