🎯 Mission Context In a constantly evolving environment with a growing need for training, we are recruiting a technical trainer to join our team. The objective of this position is to train mechanics and inspectors through practical and theoretical training, particularly on the basics of aeronautical maintenance trades and the LEAP-1A and LEAP-1B engine modules. The trainer will be integrated into an existing team of trainers and will participate in training sessions to ensure the rapid and efficient integration of newcomers into a demanding environment.

🔧 Main Missions Train newcomers in the basics of aeronautical trades: Deliver training on best practices for mechanic and inspector trades in a workshop environment.

Train on LEAP-1A and LEAP-1B engines: Teach participants the techniques for assembly, disassembly, and inspection of LEAP engines, while respecting technical and safety procedures.

Reading and explaining technical documentation: Ensure the understanding of technical manuals (Engine Shop Manual) in English.

Coordination with the pedagogical team: Work in close collaboration with other trainers to manage and adapt training schedules according to needs.

Learner follow-up: Provide individualized feedback on each learner's performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.

🎓 Training and Experience BEP or Bac Pro in aeronautical maintenance.

4 to 10 years of experience in aeronautical engine maintenance.

Experience in training is a plus, but strong pedagogical potential will also be taken into account.

🛠️ Technical Skills Competence in disassembly, assembly, and inspection of engines, particularly on LEAP-1A/1B engines.

Mastery of technical English, notably for reading maintenance manuals (Engine Shop Manual).

Experience in an aeronautical workshop, with a good mastery of flight safety procedures, HSE standards, and quality requirements.
