Aeronautical Engine Trainer M/F
As part of the development of its maintenance activities, we are looking for a LEAP 1A/1B Trainer to work within a Part-145 MRO environment located at Brussels airport.
Your missions Conduct technical training on LEAP 1A/1B engines
Train employees on MRO Part-145 standards and practices
Adapt pedagogical content according to the target audiences
Support the skill development of the teams
Ensure the monitoring and evaluation of learners

Profile sought
Prerequisites Minimum 4-5 years of experience in an aeronautical environment (production or maintenance)
Fluent English level (reading, writing, speaking)
Technical training such as BEP / Bac Pro to Bac+2/3
Technical skills Part-66 License (B1.1 or B2) or EMAR66
Experience in LEAP engine maintenance
Experience as an engine technician is a plus
Soft skills Pedagogy and a passion for knowledge transfer

Conditions Contract: CDIC (Convention Syntec – French law)
Working time: 38h30 / week
Location: Zaventem (Belgium)
Teleworking / travel: no
Remuneration Estimated net salary: €3,000 to €3,700 / month
Indicative gross salary: €8,400 / month (with Belgian taxation ~52%)
Calendar bonus: €150 / day (taxable)
