Job Context As part of an international aeronautical training program, NOVAE is recruiting an instructor specialized in armament maintenance to support local teachers in the implementation and adaptation of theoretical and practical training dedicated to the armament of Mirage 2000 fighter aircraft. A preparatory phase will be carried out in France within a training academy to allow for the appropriation of existing pedagogical materials and applicable regulatory frameworks.
Main Missions Deliver and structure theoretical and practical training in aeronautical armament maintenance (cannons, ejectors, inert bombs and missiles, ejection seats) specifically on Mirage 2000.
Support local teachers in the appropriation of courses and pedagogical methods.
Adapt practical work booklets to the equipment available locally, relying on technical documentation, specific tooling, and ground support equipment.
Analyze and validate existing training materials (Word documents and PowerPoint presentations) to ensure their completeness and regulatory compliance.
Complete, adjust, or write certain pedagogical contents identified as insufficient.
Ensure pedagogical follow-up and support trainers throughout the students' armament specialization year.
Guarantee the rigor, traceability, and homogeneity of the transmitted content.
Prior Training Before taking up the operational position internationally, a preparation phase is planned in France covering: Armament and avionics training syllabi.
Pedagogical contents specific to the military domain.
EMAR/FR Part 66 regulatory requirements (notably Appendix I).
Pedagogical methods and transmission tools.

Your Profile
Prerequisites 4 to 10 years of professional experience in aeronautical armament maintenance, ideally on Mirage 2000 or other fighter aircraft.
Confirmed technical expertise in the field of aeronautical armament.
Ability to understand, analyze, and exploit an existing course repository.
Mastery of technical aeronautical English (writing and comprehension).
Training at BEP / Bac Professionnel level or equivalent.
Mastery of office tools (Microsoft Office).
Ability to operate in an international and multicultural environment.

Remuneration Indicative gross monthly remuneration: €6,500 to €7,000, which may evolve depending on the profile, experience, and final contractual conditions of the mission. This remuneration includes a fixed portion as well as bonuses related to expatriation and the international context.
