INDUSTRIAL TRANSFER PROJECT MANAGER M/F

About the company

Transferring a production line means moving equipment… but also methods, skills, and an entire organization.

NOVAE is looking for an Industrial Transfer Project Manager to support the creation of an aeronautical seat assembly site in Dubai and the transfer of a production line from the United States.

Your tasks

🎯 YOUR OBJECTIVE Lead the transfer until stable production is achieved, while controlling quality, costs, and deadlines.

🔧 YOUR MISSIONS 🔹 Build the transfer schedule, define milestones, and monitor their completion.

🔹 Coordinate teams from the departure and arrival sites.

🔹 Organize the transfer of equipment, tooling, and know-how.

🔹 Verify the preparation of workstations and production means.

🔹 Manage risks, action plans, and necessary decision-making.

🔹 Coordinate industrial validations and the training of local teams.

🔹 Support the startup and ramp-up, with clear reporting on project performance.

Requirements

Have you already led this type of challenge through to the startup of the receiving site? Your experience interests us.

👤 THE SEARCHED PROFILE With an engineering degree or equivalent Master's, you have more than 6 years of experience in industrial project management, ideally in aeronautics.

✅ You have already transferred an industrial line or activity and supported its startup.

✅ You master the challenges of industrial preparation: ranges, workstations, tooling, and line balancing.

✅ You know how to implement APQP, AMDEC/FMEA, FAI, and PPAP processes.

✅ You use MS Project to structure and manage your projects.

✅ Your fluent English allows you to coordinate international teams.

✅ You are mobile for a position based in Dubai with international travel.

Knowledge of electromechanical assembly, wiring, and In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) systems will be appreciated.

🤝 YOUR STRENGTH ON THIS PROJECT Uniting teams without direct hierarchical links, anticipating difficulties, and solving problems on the ground. You know how to transform a transfer schedule into a production-ready line, with trained teams and mastered processes.

What we offer

🚀 WHY THIS PROJECT? To contribute to the creation of an industrial site, work across several countries, and follow the results of your actions through to the ramp-up.
