INDUSTRIAL TRANSFER PROJECT MANAGER – BC M/F

About the company

A Business Class seat combines mechanics, electrical systems, actuation, and onboard entertainment. Transferring its production requires mastering their interfaces as much as the industrial planning.

NOVAE is looking for an Industrial Transfer Project Manager to lead the transfer of a Business Class seat line from France to the United Arab Emirates.

Your tasks

Have you already led a production transfer for complex products? Join a project to create an assembly site in Dubai.

🎯 YOUR OBJECTIVE Secure the transfer until the acceptance of mass production, while respecting quality, cost, and deadline commitments.

🔧 YOUR MISSIONS 🔹 Build the schedule, manage milestones, and lead transfer reviews.

🔹 Coordinate teams from the departure and arrival sites as well as central functions.

🔹 Organize the transfer of equipment, tooling, and know-how.

🔹 Coordinate technical subjects related to actuation, electrical harnesses, and onboard entertainment systems — IFE.

🔹 Verify workstation preparation, assembly sequences, control plans, and line balancing.

🔹 Anticipate risks and manage corrective actions.

🔹 Coordinate industrial validations and applicable compliance requirements.

🔹 Support local team training and ramp-up.

🚀 A PROJECT TO BUILD UNTIL SERIES STARTUP Contribute to the creation of an industrial site and support all stages of the transfer: preparation, skills transfer, validation, and ramp-up.

Requirements

👤 YOUR PROFILE With an engineering degree or equivalent Master's, you have 5 to 8 years of experience in industrial project management, ideally in aeronautics, with concrete experience in production transfer.

✅ You are familiar with industrial transfer processes — TOW / Transfer of Work.

✅ You master the challenges of industrial preparation: workstations, tooling, line balancing, and takt time.

✅ You know how to implement APQP, AMDEC/FMEA, FAI, and PPAP processes.

✅ You understand the interfaces between mechanics, electricity, and actuation.

✅ You work in fluent English within a multicultural environment.

✅ You are mobile for a position based in Dubai with international travel.

⭐ Experience with aeronautical seats and knowledge of the GRP-0225 transfer framework will be particularly appreciated.
