Electrical Systems Project Manager – Railway (M/F)
As an Electrical Systems Project Manager, you are the guarantor of the overall performance of projects within your scope, with direct responsibility for the QCD (Quality / Cost / Schedule) commitments of EDC deliverables. In this capacity, your main missions will be as follows: Lead one or more technical projects in the field of electrical systems
Ensure the interface between technical teams, project stakeholders, and management
Organize, coordinate, and monitor the activities of the teams involved in the assigned projects
Manage the workload of the teams according to priorities and milestones
Ensure the management of the budget and project planning
Guarantee the achievement of quality, cost, and schedule objectives
Ensure QCD reporting to the EDC manager
Perform regular reporting to management and technical teams
Identify and escalate alerts in case of risk or deviation impacting project performance
Lead design reviews
Ensure they are carried out on time and correctly documented
Ensure technical progress reporting to the relevant teams
Participate in the construction and maintenance of the project baseline
Contribute to configuration management
Guarantee the capitalization of lessons learned
Support continuous improvement actions in connection with the business
You will also play an important role in resolving technical difficulties, resolving uncertainties, and ensuring the fluidity of interactions between the various project actors.

Context As part of our engineering activities, we are looking for an Electrical Systems Project Manager to work for one of our clients, a key player in the railway sector. The position is part of an EDC – Electrical Development Center, dedicated to the electrical development of highly technical railway projects. You will have responsibility for one or more projects, leading a local team of 5 to 15 people, in addition to activities carried out offshore.
🎯 Do you like leading technical projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and advancing complex subjects in a demanding industrial environment? 🎓 You have a Master's degree (Bac +5) in: electrical engineering, electrotechnics, electrical systems, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or an equivalent technical field. Ideally, you have 4 to 10 years of experience in a technical and industrial environment, with significant experience in: project management, team coordination, management of technical activities, QCD monitoring, and management of complex projects. You are comfortable in environments where multiple dimensions must be coordinated simultaneously: technical, planning, workload, budget, quality, deliverables, multiple interfaces. Experience in a railway, transport, energy, aeronautics, or complex industry environment will be particularly appreciated. A good level of professional English is essential to evolve effectively in an international and multicultural context.
