Assistant Industrial Project Manager – Aeronautics (M/F)
Your role will be to support the operational and industrial management of the project, ensuring coordination between the various stakeholders.
In this capacity, your main missions will be as follows:
Ensure the link between the Project Manager located in the USA and the Industrial Management
Work in interface with the teams: industrialization, logistics, supply chain, technical, industrial brand.
Project Management
Take ownership of the project management plan
Ensure global project management to guarantee compliance with milestones
Coordinate activities according to the defined Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Build the detailed schedule and ensure its follow-up
Ensure the availability of resources necessary for the project
Ensure project reporting
Manage risks and associated action plans
Industrial and Economic Monitoring
Monitor the project's NRC costs
Contribute to the management of achieving the target RC cost
Support industrialization activities
Interact with the Technical Management during co-engineering phases

Context
As part of our engineering activities, we are looking for an Assistant Industrial Project Manager to work for one of our clients, a key player in the aeronautics sector.
The mission is part of a strategic context combining:
- ramp-up of products
- international industrial coordination
- industrialization support
- and the implementation of an assembly line in the United States
🎯Do you enjoy demanding industrial environments, high-stakes projects, and positions where you must manage and coordinate as much as move subjects forward concretely?
🎓You have a Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school or equivalent, with a specialization in: industrial engineering, mechanical / production, aeronautics, industrialization, supply / industrial systems or a related field.
Ideally, you have 4 to 10 years of experience in an industrial environment, with solid experience in:
- management of technical projects
- industrial coordination
- industrialization
- schedule management
- monitoring costs / risks / deliverables
Your technical skills 💼
Ideally, you have good knowledge in:
- industrial project management
- aeronautical environment
- industrial validation processes
- DVI / PPAP / APQP
You are comfortable in environments where you must navigate between: technical, industrial, project, planning, costs, multi-stakeholder coordination
A minimum English level of B2 is required to interact effectively in an international context, particularly with interlocutors based in the United States.
