As part of the development of its industrial activities, NOVAE is looking for an HTB Project Manager – Nuclear France & Export, based in Dijon, to lead technical projects in France and internationally.

Your objective: to guarantee the proper execution of projects, from their technical coordination to compliance with cost, deadline, and quality commitments.

🎯 YOUR MISSION: MANAGE HTB PROJECTS FROM A TO Z

You will work on projects related to High Voltage electrical equipment, including:

• ⚡ Maintenance of HTB installations
• 🔌 Busbars / Busducts
• 🏗️ Extensions and modifications of electrical substations
• ⚙️ Supply of spare parts and associated equipment

You are the coordination point between technical teams, industrial partners, suppliers, and customers.

🔧 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage HTB industrial projects by ensuring their technical and operational coordination.
• Build and monitor schedules, milestones, and progress.
• Guarantee the monitoring of costs, deadlines, and contractual commitments.
• Identify, analyze, and anticipate project risks, then manage the associated action plans.
• Coordinate various stakeholders: technical teams, suppliers, partners, and logistics functions.
• Ensure customer relations and monitoring of commitments.
• Organize progress meetings and produce clear and structured reporting.
• Contribute to the successful execution of projects in France and for export.

👤 THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have confirmed experience in industrial or HTB electrical project management, with a demonstrated ability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholders.

🔴 INDISPENSABLE CRITERION: NUCLEAR EXPERIENCE

Professional experience in the nuclear sector is mandatory for this position.

We are specifically looking for:

• ✅ Concrete experience in managing industrial or electrical projects.
• ✅ Good knowledge of HT/HTB High Voltage equipment, electrical substations, or associated maintenance activities.
• ✅ Mastery of monitoring costs, schedules, milestones, risks, and contractual commitments.
• ✅ Ability to coordinate teams and technical, logistical, and commercial interlocutors.
• ✅ Professional English is indispensable, both written and spoken.
• 🎓 An Engineering degree, Master's, or equivalent is desired.
• 🌍 You are available for occasional travel in France and abroad.

Experience with busbars, electrical substation extensions, or international projects will be a real asset.
