We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to drive technical architecture, solution design and engineering excellence across our products.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to drive technical architecture, solution design and engineering excellence across our products.

Your tasks

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture, from requirements analysis and design to implementation and continuous improvement.
• Define architectural principles, technical standards and design patterns to ensure scalable, reliable and maintainable applications.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering and Data Science teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, guide implementation decisions and resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Design and evolve cloud, mobile and backend architectures, including APIs, databases and third-party integrations.
• Improve existing systems through architectural modernisation, code quality improvements and performance optimisation.

What you need for this role

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including solution design and technical architecture.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and mobile application architecture, backend services and system integration.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript and Node.js.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience designing and maintaining complex business applications; Construction Tech experience is an advantage.
