Job Responsibilities
- Perform final inspection of surface-treated components.
- Verify surface condition, cleanliness, discoloration, stains, scratches, dents, contamination, and workmanship defects.
- Check treatment requirements against customer drawings, specifications, and approved standards.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections when required.
- Identify, segregate, and label non-conforming products with clear defect descriptions and photographic evidence.
- Support Quality Engineers in investigations and corrective actions.
- Ensure inspection activities adhere to company quality policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related technical field.
- 1–2 years of QC inspection experience preferred, surface treatment inspection experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with inspection tools and measuring instruments.
- Training or certification in NDT, FPI/MPI, or surface treatment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
- Able to commit overtime when required.
- Willing to work in East Region, Changi North Crescent.
