Assembler Mechanical / Schlosser (m/w/d) (Anlagenmechaniker/in)

We are looking for an Assembler Mechanical / Schlosser (m/w/d) in full-time to strengthen our Operations department at the Vechta location at the earliest possible date. The tasks include the assembly, disassembly, and refurbishment of components and systems. This includes working according to instructions or independent determination of processes, functional tests, documentation, and ensuring our high quality standards.

Your tasks and activities:

• Preparing assembly/disassembly
• Checking orders for completeness and correctness, clarifying if necessary. Assembling material/parts according to the bill of materials. Procuring tools, measuring equipment, etc. Following defined workflows or instructions, or determining them independently if not provided.
• Carrying out complete assembly/disassembly/refurbishment
• Assembling/disassembling electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or electronic parts according to drawings and, if necessary, with the help of machines (e.g., assembly press).
• Determining and carrying out work according to functional plans, instructions, standards, or also according to verbal agreements.
• Performing intermediate and final inspections, e.g., functionality, fit accuracy, or pressure tests.
• Documenting and forwarding (dis)assembly arrangements. Inspection of individual parts after replacement and, if necessary, refurbishment.
• Identifying problems occurring in the workflow and coordinating their elimination with the responsible departments.
• Observing economical use of operating resources and tools.
• Making suggestions and creating fixtures and templates for the production of components and systems.
• Technical guidance of employees (if required)
• Ensuring our high quality standards
• Analyzing error focuses, initiating remedial measures, and pursuing further quality development
• Regular performance of minor cleaning and maintenance work
• Ensuring plant availability
• Documentation

Your qualifications and skills:

• Training as a Schlosser / Mechaniker (or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience desirable
• Interest in the energy industry (geothermal, oil, natural gas)
• Basic knowledge of English
• Basic knowledge in using MS-Office
