Operations Engineer M/F Wind, Photovoltaic
Reporting to the Director, you will act under the responsibility of the Operations & Maintenance Manager and work in tandem with them on all operations activities for renewable energy production assets (hydroelectricity, photovoltaic, and wind).
With progressive autonomy, you will participate in technical, administrative, and commercial missions, contributing to the proper functioning of installations, the monitoring of on-call duties, as well as the management of market constraints (negative prices, production optimization). You will intervene transversally on various subjects related to operations, in close connection with internal teams and external partners.
1. Networks & Telecommunications
- Participate in the development, deployment, and improvement of the power plants' telecom solutions.
- Contribute to the reliability of communication and data retrieval systems.
2. Quality, Safety, Environment (QHSE)
- Participate in the management of QHSE procedures and the updating of associated documentation.
- Contribute to the regulatory compliance of the installations.
- Participate in the negotiation and monitoring of contracts with subcontractors.
3. Purchasing & Budget Management
- Ensure the supply of technical operations and maintenance sites.
- Contribute to the monitoring of purchases and ensure compliance with annual budgets.
4. IT & Data Analysis
- Perform analysis of operational data and monitoring of asset performance (Excel, Bax Energy).
- Participate in the optimization of monitoring and reporting tools.
5. Administrative & Commercial
- Participate in the search, negotiation, and monitoring of electricity sales contracts, capacity certificates, and guarantees of origin.
- Ensure the monitoring of regulatory maintenance contracts (Q18, Q19, Q4).
- Manage relations with external stakeholders (Enedis, insurers, partners).
6. Project & Site Management
- Ensure the monitoring of claims/incidents.
- Participate in the management of technical service providers.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance sites.
As all missions are linked to operations activity, regular travel is to be expected.
Your Profile:
With a higher education background of at least Bac+3 (engineering school or master's degree) in the fields of mechanics, electricity, IT, or energy, you have a successful first experience of at least 3 years in industrial companies or the energy sector (renewable energies) in similar roles.
Good mastery of IT and office tools (Pack Office), as well as strong writing and reading skills for managing administrative documentation. Technical English mastered.

- Knowledge of mapping and GIS (QGIS, WindPro, PVsyst, Adobe) is highly appreciated.
