This is a pivotal on-site role where you will be the guardian of our product integrity and the driver of continuous improvement.
Your tasks
Your Mission: As our Quality Manager, you will oversee the entire quality lifecycle, from raw materials to finished goods. You will be responsible for engineering robust quality systems, leading a dedicated team of professionals, and ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest international standards.
- Lead and Mentor: Manage and develop the quality control team to foster a culture of precision and accountability.
- Process Optimization: Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
- Compliance Mastery: Ensure full adherence to ISO 9001 and other relevant industry regulations.
- Strategic Impact: Collaborate with production and engineering departments to solve complex technical challenges through Root Cause Analysis.
Requirements
- Proven Leadership: You bring 3 to 10 years of experience in a quality management role within the Manufacturing or Production sector.
- Technical Expertise: A strong background in Engineering and a deep understanding of Quality Control methodologies is essential.
- Certification & Standards: Proficiency in ISO 9001, Quality Assurance, and Statistical Process Control.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Expert-level skills in Root Cause Analysis and Process Improvement to drive operational excellence.
- Managerial Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage departmental goals, and drive strategic quality initiatives at a Manager career level.
- Location: Must be able to work on-site in Sharqia, Egypt.
