CNC Engineer ( Milling )

Responsibility

• Analyze drawings to determine dimensions and to choose cutting tools, create machining parameters such as RPM, Feed Rate.
• Create CNC programs using CAD/CAM, Mastercam software.
• Design CNC process flow based on product characteristics.
• Review 3D designs, engineering drawings, models or samples.
• Able to design new tools & cutters for new product, including form cutter or PCD cutters.
• Familiar with machining of alloy steel, Aluminum, carbon steel, stainless Steel.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings with fully understanding of GD&T symbol

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering/Industrial or CNC Machining/Tool- making technology At least 4-6 years experience in precision machining industries. Proficiency in programming languages relevant to CNC machining (G-code, M-code). Knowledge of CNC machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Able to write CNC program with CAD/CAM, Mastercam. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge about ISO 9001,ISO 14001, IATF 16949 system Good command of English and computer literacy.
