Automation Engineer

Your tasks

•Design and integrate Automation and Robotics systems for industrial manufacturing. •Connect equipment and machinery to IoT and Cloud systems to monitor performance and operational status in real-time. •Develop and improve SCADA, HMI, PLC, Motion Controllers, Microcontroller interfaces, and sensor networks. •Analyze and troubleshoot hardware and software issues systematically. •Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to define system integration standards. •Prepare technical documentation such as Wiring Diagrams, Integration Guides, SOPs, and Maintenance Manuals. •Design mechanical components to improve existing automation systems. •Conduct system testing and acceptance before deployment on the production line. •Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal factory teams.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Robotics & Automation, or other relevant fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Automation, Microcontroller systems, Robotics, or related fields.
3. Experience in automation design using PLC, HMI, SCADA, servo drives, stepper motors, pressure sensors, ballscrews , pneumatics, and valves.
4. Experience with microcontrollers, interface modules, photo sensors, encoders, IoT devices, drive modules, PCB design, and assembly.
5. Knowledge of vision programming, AI vision systems, LabVIEW, Python, C++, and GUI interface
6. Development. Experience with 3D printing, CNC programming, and G-code is a plus.
7. Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
8. Proficient in automation design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or SolidWorks
