Role Description The Growth Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Benin City, responsible for driving sustainable revenue and market expansion across Nosagie Holdings and its subsidiaries. This role includes identifying growth opportunities, developing and executing business development and sales strategies, and nurturing strategic partnerships in target markets. The Growth Officer will conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and generate data-driven insights to inform expansion initiatives and new offerings. Daily tasks also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and oversee growth-related projects, monitor performance metrics, and recommend optimization initiatives. The position requires active engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of growth plans with the group’s overall vision and objectives.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and build productive stakeholder relationships. Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets. Demonstrated project management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and execution of multi-phase initiatives. Ability to perform market research, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable growth strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage. Experience working in or with diversified businesses, preferably in sectors such as hospitality, finance, real estate, construction, oil & gas, or FMCG. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using metrics and KPIs to guide decision-making. High level of integrity, adaptability, and ownership mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
