Your tasks
Job Overview
- The Industrial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining clean, orderly, and safe work areas in an industrial or commercial facility.
- This hands-on role involves routine cleaning and custodial tasks, following site procedures and using cleaning equipment and supplies appropriately.
- Prior custodial experience or commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but a dependable attitude and willingness to learn are also valued.
Responsibilities
- Clean floors, work areas, restrooms, break rooms, and other assigned spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove waste according to facility schedules.
- Use cleaning tools and equipment safely, and follow instructions for handling cleaning products.
- Replenish supplies and report low stock, damaged equipment, or maintenance concerns.
- Follow facility safety procedures, including keeping walkways clear and placing caution signs when needed.
- Maintain a professional, organized work area and complete assigned tasks reliably.

- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting routine supplies.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, safe spaces.
- Dependability, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Custodial experience, cleaning, or commercial cleaning experience is asset.
- Willingness to learn safe practices for cleaning equipment and products.
- Must have own vehicle.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
