Cleaner / Housekeeper / Cleaner

Job Description

We are looking for a cleaner (Housekeeper / Cleaner) for North Resort Oy to take care of the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation, sauna, and common areas of an international tourism center. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Tasks

• Cleaning of accommodation facilities, including departure and maintenance cleaning.
• Cleaning of program service areas, saunas, and common areas.

• Linen maintenance and textile handling.
• Proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Continuous monitoring of cleanliness and quality.
• Other tasks supporting property maintenance as needed.

What We Expect from the Applicant

• Experience in cleaning or accommodation sector roles or suitable training.
• Thoroughness, initiative, and good physical fitness.

• A good service attitude and teamwork skills.
• Basic English language skills; other language skills are considered an advantage.

• Readiness for shift, evening, weekend, and seasonal work.

Terms of Employment

• The employment is either permanent or fixed-term depending on the role.
• Working hours are determined according to the shift schedule.

• The employment follows the collective agreement for Travel, Restaurant, and Leisure Services (MaRa TES).
• A 6-month probationary period is applied in accordance with the Employment Contracts Act and the collective agreement.

• Salary is determined based on skills, experience, and MaRa TES.
• Before the start of employment, the selected person must provide an acceptable medical certificate regarding their state of health.
