Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Guest Service Agent) for North Resort Oy to work as part of the customer service team of an international tourism center. You will participate in guest reception, restaurant floor services, bar work, cashier duties, and daily customer service, as well as contribute to providing a high-quality customer experience together with other staff members.
Key Tasks
- Customer service at the reception as well as guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Processing bookings and providing information to guests.
- Processing customer data and using reservation systems.
- Serving in the restaurant and at events.

- Cashier work and processing payment transactions.
- Cooperation with other teams to ensure the smooth flow of services.
- Other tasks supporting customer service.

- A valid hygiene passport.

- Experience with hotel, reception, or reservation systems (e.g., MEWS, Visbook, or similar) is considered an advantage.
- Good basic IT skills.
- Readiness for shift, evening, weekend, and seasonal work.

Terms of Employment
- The employment is either permanent or fixed-term depending on the position.
- Working hours are determined according to the shift schedule.
- The employment follows the collective agreement for Tourism, Restaurant, and Leisure Services (MaRa TES).
- A 6-month probationary period is applied in the employment in accordance with the Employment Contracts Act and the collective agreement.
- Salary is determined by skills, experience, and in accordance with MaRa TES.
- The selected person must provide an acceptable medical certificate of their health status before the start of employment.
