You will get exposure to: Live market-making operations across a growing ETF book Index methodology and fund research Due diligence on new market-making mandates Direct interaction with exchanges, issuers, and institutional counterparties We are looking for: Fresh or recent grad in Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field Genuinely curious about market structure and ETF mechanics Sharp attention to detail — you'll be the person who catches the blank clause in a 50-page agreement A self-starter who wants real responsibility early, not a rotational program This is a small, entrepreneurial desk — you'll be trusted with real work from day one, not just watching from the sidelines.
