2 family physicians needed for office based LFP, at 8919 - 120 Street Delta BC. The clinic website is DeltaMedical.ca. One physican (panel 1086) is retiring January and is currently working 1/2 day office, and 1/2 day from home. The other physician (panel 2460) is leaving the province September 20 2026.

There is one full time physician remaining.

Current hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5.

6 exam rooms, OSCAR EMR, 2 offices, staff lunch room and washroom, approximately 1700 sq ft with easy access off 120 St. and lots of free parking.

At this location since 2012. Physician owned and operated. Currently 2 full time MOA's.

Pay: $300,000.00-$400,000.00 per year
