Your tasks

About the project As a Forward Deployed Engineer y ou’ll partner directly with teams across Content, Finance, Legal, Communications, Commercial Business, and other departments — identifying high-value use cases, rapidly prototyping solutions, and demonstrating measurable business impact. Also , you’ll own the entire process, from discovery through production adoption, while transforming lessons learned into platform improvements and repeatable solutions that other business units can leverage.

• Find the Use Case: Collaborate closely with business units to understand their workflows, identify high-value opportunities, and prioritize initial use cases that demonstrate measurable impact.
• Ship Full-Stack Systems: Design, develop, and deploy full-stack solutions that deliver tangible business value and accelerate organizational learning.
• Integrate with Internal Systems: Connect AI solutions with existing enterprise data, APIs, and tools, navigating complex integrations, incomplete documentation, and access constraints.
• Drive Adoption: Work directly with stakeholders to understand their needs, support implementation, and ensure successful adoption of deployed solutions.
• Protect Delivery: Balance scope, speed, and quality, making strategic trade-offs and adjusting priorities to ensure successful delivery.
• Get Hands-On: Actively contribute to development and troubleshooting whenever technical involvement is required to accelerate progress.
• Codify Patterns: Transform successful implementations into reusable tools, frameworks, playbooks, and building blocks that can be adopted across teams.
• Close the Loop: Provide actionable feedback to engineering and platform teams, identifying model strengths, limitations, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

We don't prioritize a specific technology stack or programming language. What matters most is your systems thinking, strong engineering fundamentals, product mindset, and ability to deliver solutions quickly.

*What makes you a great fit🎯**

• 5+ years of Software Engineering Experience: Strong background in full-stack development, including frontend, backend, API development, and system architecture.
• 2+ years of Production AI Experience: Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.
• 3+ years of Stakeholder-Facing Technical Delivery: Proven experience collaborating directly with business teams, gathering requirements, identifying use cases, and delivering end-to-end technical solutions.
• 3+ years of Python and/or JavaScript Experience: Strong programming skills with the ability to independently develop, integrate, and troubleshoot production-grade applications.
• 2+ years of API & Enterprise Systems Integration: Experience integrating applications with enterprise data, internal platforms, third-party APIs, and business systems.
• 2+ years of Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 1–2+ years of AI Frameworks & Vector Search: Practical experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, or equivalent AI development technologies.
• 2+ years of End-to-End Technical Ownership: Demonstrated ability to transform ambiguous business challenges into scalable, production-ready solutions, balancing technical execution, business priorities, and user adoption.
