Payroll Manager (m/f) - CDI

NORMAL is a fast-growing Danish retail company experiencing rapid expansion over the last ten years. We now have more than 1,000 stores and 17,000 employees across 13 countries. As part of our development, we are looking for an experienced payroll manager (m/f). As a payroll manager at Normal, your daily life will be exciting and driven by the diversity of administrative missions related to human resources, including the hiring of new employees, payroll preparation, and the management of absences and time tracking. You will be the preferred point of contact for our store population and our headquarters for all matters relating to payroll or personnel administration. You will work in a dynamic environment with committed and experienced colleagues who will ensure that you receive in-depth training allowing you to understand our organization and our procedures. You will work within an HR and payroll team in Paris and Denmark, with your manager based in Denmark. As part of your missions, you may be required to travel. Tasks and missions:

• Manage and supervise the payroll processing for 3,000 employees (full-time and part-time) across several sites, integrating all variable elements via the payroll software.
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of social declarations and legal obligations.
• Optimize processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.

About you:

• Solid knowledge of social regulations and personnel management.
• Rigor in the application of payroll rules and compliance with legal obligations.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Pack Office (Excel, Outlook…).
• Responsible, rigorous, and a sense of ethics.
• Proactive, autonomous, and capable of managing complex situations.
• Proficiency in the SILAE payroll software is an asset.

Interview with the payroll department manager based in Denmark and the senior manager based in Paris

Video interview with the Head of Payroll in Denmark and the payroll department manager (in English)
