An established international law firm is seeking a Business Development Adviser to join its close-knit BD and marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with partners across an international network, supporting strategic growth, client development and cross-selling initiatives.

Your tasks

• Act as the BD team's InterAction CRM super user, developing searches, lists and reports to drive business development activity.
• Use CRM insights to identify client opportunities, strengthen relationships and support targeting initiatives.
• Manage pitches, RFPs, bids and capability statements from strategy through to delivery.
• Coordinate legal directory submissions, awards and league table entries.
• Maintain marketing materials and support wider BD and marketing projects.
• Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders across international offices.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative international team, work directly with senior lawyers and play a key role in developing CRM-led business development strategy.

Requirements

• At least three years' business development experience within a law firm.
• Substantial hands-on experience using LexisNexis InterAction is essential, including searches, lists, reporting and relationship management.
• Experience managing pitches, bids and RFPs.
• Excellent communication, project management and organisational skills.
• Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and sound judgement when handling confidential client data.
• Ability to work effectively across international teams and time zones.

Experience with CRM implementation, marketing technology, international arbitration, AI tools or cross-border data privacy would be advantageous. French or Arabic language skills would also be beneficial.
