Do you want to work outdoors in the mountains and help deliver perfect conditions to our guests – every single day? We are looking for skilled and dedicated snow groomers who are passionate about quality on the slopes.

As a snow groomer with us, you play a key role in the guest experience. You help shape our trails through the night, so they are ready by morning – safe, smooth, and of the highest standard.

The work takes place between 16:00–09:00 and is organized in shifts. This is a job for you who thrives with night work, varied days, and a pace governed by weather and conditions. Some areas are steep and technically demanding, so good judgment and a focus on safety are crucial.

We are looking for you who takes pride in your craft, has an eye for detail, and a desire to deliver top quality – while working efficiently and cost-effectively.

We are primarily seeking candidates with a minimum of two seasons of experience, but also offer training opportunities for 1–2 motivated candidates with the right attitude.

Qualifications:

• Documented experience with alpine grooming/snow grooming
• Driver's license class B
• Experience with heavy vehicles, construction machinery, or agricultural machinery
• Technical insight and understanding
• Experience with maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles
• Knowledge of snowmaking and trail preparation
• Good English skills, oral and written
• Desired qualities
• Course in "Documented training for snow groomer"
• Machine operator certificate
• Driver's license class S (snowmobile)
• Interest in skiing and/or snowboarding
• Experience with park building and park preparation is a major advantage
