Supplier Quality Engineer (m/w/d)

Your tasks as a Quality Manager for supplier quality:

• Planning and conducting quality audits to test and monitor the quality capability of suppliers, including participation in risk analysis
• Coordination and management of approvals for production processes at suppliers, monitoring of First Article Inspections and sample orders, as well as participation in Production Readiness Reviews
• Comprehensive supplier development in cooperation with purchasing, consulting and designing improvement measures from audits
• Clarification and specification of quality requirements to suppliers, creation of quality assurance agreements, as well as optimization of processes, methods, and standards for evaluating and documenting quality capability

What you bring to quality management:

• Completed technical Master's degree or comparable qualification; certification as a supplier auditor according to VDA 6.3 as well as several years of relevant experience in supplier management
• In-depth knowledge in at least three of the following standards and methods: ISO 9001, maturity level assurance according to VDA, Automotive SPICE, APQP, PPAP, measurement system analysis, machine capability
• Practical experience in the manufacture of systems, mechatronic and optical devices, PCB, Harness, or software development
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing, strong intercultural competence, confident appearance at all corporate levels

• The framework conditions: Full-time with 40 hours per week, you earn 90,000 - 95,000 Euro gross per year; after the induction period, you can work remotely 2 days per week
