🚀 Senior Project Document Controller | Portugal

NordicEPOD is looking for a Senior Project Document Controller to take ownership of document control across 3–6 concurrent projects , primarily in Portugal, with potential responsibility across Northern Europe. This is not a filing role . It is a project-execution role where you will ensure that documentation is complete, controlled, visible and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities Own document control across multiple projects.

Develop and maintain Master Document Lists (MDL/SMDL) and submission schedules.

Control document numbering, revisions, metadata, approvals, transmittals and submissions.

Track missing, overdue and rejected documentation and drive actions to closure.

Coordinate document reviews with Engineering, Quality, Testing & Commissioning and suppliers.

Act as the interface with client Document Controllers and CDEs.

Support project handover and close-out documentation.

Use ACC, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Automate and AI tools to improve efficiency and visibility.

Identify opportunities to continuously improve NordicEPOD’s document-control processes.

What We’re Looking For Strong experience in project document control within a technical, engineering, construction, manufacturing or industrial environment.

Experience with document registers, revision control, transmittals and project close-out.

Strong organisation, prioritisation and follow-up skills.

Ability to take ownership and drive actions to completion.

High digital proficiency; experience with ACC, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 is highly valued.

Experience with Power Automate, reporting tools or AI is an advantage.

Excellent professional English , written and spoken.

Experience in data centres, EPC, energy, industrial manufacturing or other technical industries is advantageous.
