About the company
Nordic Talent is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our internal team. We are looking for a structured, proactive, and relationship-oriented recruiter who enjoys working closely with both candidates and clients.
Your tasks
With us, you will have a central role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting skilled candidates on behalf of our clients. You will become part of an ambitious and supportive team with a focus on quality, collaboration, and long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment processes from A to Z.
- Map client needs and develop requirement profiles.
- Conduct search, sourcing, screening, and interviews.
- Design and publish job advertisements.
- Present candidates and provide advisory services to clients.
- Coordinate interview processes and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain candidate networks.
- Ensure high quality, a good candidate experience, and correct administration.
- Contribute to the improvement of working methods and recruitment processes.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience with the entire recruitment process from requirement clarification to hiring.
- Competence in search, sourcing, and candidate mapping.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS systems. Knowledge of Teamtailor is an advantage.
- Very good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Experience from a recruitment agency, staffing, or internal Talent Acquisition is an advantage.
