Your tasks

Responsibilities

• Contribute your recruitment skills to ensure the hiring of highly qualified, motivated, and diverse colleagues.
• Ensure a fast, professional, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

• Deliver exceptional service and create a dynamic, positive experience for our internal clients by being proactive, solution-oriented, and always exceeding their expectations.
• Ensure that all tracking systems, databases, and administrative tasks are correct, updated, and handled on time.

Main tasks

• Understand the job profile and the recruitment need through close collaboration with the client.
• Plan and conduct a kick-off meeting together with the client to collect necessary information and lay the foundation for an efficient recruitment process.

• Create and publish accurate job advertisements in relevant channels.
• Actively search for candidates in our internal HR system Teamtailor as well as Linkedin Recruiter and other relevant networks.

• Review and select relevant candidates to be presented to the client.
• Coordinate with the client regarding which candidates should be assessed and conduct competency-based interviews.

• Ensure a good candidate experience and effective communication throughout the entire process.

Requirements

• Practical experience of the entire recruitment process, including interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Experience using social media, CV databases, and professional networks for recruitment purposes. Experience working in Teamtailor is considered a merit.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
