Your tasks

Responsibilities

• Help our clients find qualified and motivated candidates.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Provide high service to clients by being proactive, solution-oriented, and attentive to their needs.
• Keep recruitment systems, databases, and administration correct and up to date.

Main Tasks

• Understand the requirement profile and recruitment needs through close collaboration with the client.
• Plan and conduct kickoff meetings to lay the foundation for an effective recruitment process.
• Create and publish accurate job advertisements in relevant channels.
• Actively search for candidates in Teamtailor, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant networks.
• Review and select candidates to present to the client.
• Align candidate selections with the client and conduct competency-based interviews.
• Ensure clear communication throughout the entire process.

Requirements

Candidate Profile

• Solid experience as a recruiter and accustomed to independently driving the entire recruitment process.
• Practical experience with interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Experience using social media, CV databases, and professional networks for recruitment purposes.
• Experience with Teamtailor is a merit.
• Fluent English in speech and writing.
• Ability to invoice for your services via your own company or another invoicing solution.
• Ability to work independently and drive recruitment processes remotely.

This is an assignment requiring the ability to invoice, not an employment. You need to be able to invoice for your services via your own company or another invoicing solution. You will work entirely remotely and have the freedom to work from anywhere.
