Nordic Talent is a recruitment company, and we currently have several clients within customer service and sales in Spain.
Your tasks
Your tasks You will be employed directly by our client and represent their brand in customer contact.
You will
- Be the customer's first contact via telephone, email, chat, and social media
- Help resolve customer inquiries with a focus on needs and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to a high level of service and create positive, memorable experiences
- Identify and suggest relevant solutions that provide added value
- Work with customer loyalty and upselling where appropriate
Requirements
Do you already have experience from customer service and want to further develop your skills? Then this could be the right opportunity for you.
We are looking for you who have
- Experience from customer service or a similar role
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both oral and written
- Good knowledge of English
- High computer literacy and system understanding
- Strong communication skills
- A solution-oriented attitude and the ability to take your own initiative
You are engaged, independent, and enjoy working purposefully. You see opportunities in every customer contact, like to help others, and have a natural sense of service. Handling multiple tasks simultaneously and adapting to changes is something you master well.
