We are looking for WAITERS for the winter season at Kaamos Lodge, Aavasaksa.

Winter is the busiest and most magical time of the year. Guests arrive from all over the world to admire the northern lights, go skiing, and experience husky safaris, snowmobile trips, and reindeer experiences. After the day's adventures, they gather in the panorama restaurant, where the windows offer views of the wintry Lapland landscape, and on the best evenings, the northern lights blaze in the sky.

Your tasks

Kaamos Lodge is located on the summit of Aavasaksa in Finnish Lapland, together with one of Finland's 27 national landscapes. The lodge features 80 turf-roofed cabin suites that blend into the snow, each with its own sauna, a panorama restaurant, a lounge and bar, as well as the Landscape Spa with its indoor and outdoor pools.

We are looking for waiters for the winter season who want to help create unforgettable experiences for guests amidst the polar night and the northern lights.

Requirements

We hope from you

• Previous work experience in ala carte waiter duties.

• A joyful and authentic customer service attitude.

• Motivation for a diverse job description, a desire to learn new things, and team player skills.

• Readiness for the changing situations of seasonal work.

• Hygiene and alcohol service permits.

• Fluent English skills. Knowledge of French is an advantage.

Other

Work begins approx. 7.12.2026 and lasts until the end of the spring season, early April 2027. The work duties are diverse, including ala carte and buffet waiter duties.

Staff accommodation is possible approx. 10km from the workplace. The rent is reasonable, and in shared accommodation, you will have your own room. Having your own car facilitates commuting.
