Arcora Boutique Hotel & Villas is a new luxury resort in Muonio, in the heart of Lapland. We are building a place where northern nature, high-end hospitality, wellness, experiences, and refined service meet in a unique way.

We are looking for GUIDES for Arcora's program service team to be responsible for the guests' high-end customer experience during their activities. In this role, you will be involved in creating a customer experience and an unforgettable adventure that defines the level of all of Arcora.

Your responsibilities

• Guide various winter activities such as snowshoeing, snowmobile, and skiing trips, showcasing the area's stunning landscapes and nature

• Ensure the safety of participants during activities

• Share your own knowledge and passion regarding nature, wildlife, and local culture, offering guests an unforgettable experience

• Assist in the planning and organization of outdoor programs and activities

What we expect from you

• Previous work experience in similar guide roles in Lapland conditions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with various customer groups

• The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• A flexible and positive attitude and good customer service skills

• Passion and a service-oriented mindset to exceed customer expectations

• A driver's license

• First aid skills

• Fluent English skills (other language skills are considered an advantage)

• An EU citizen's passport or a valid work permit for Finland

At Arcora, you will have the chance to directly influence how the restaurant operations and service culture take shape – as part of an ambitious team, in a unique environment.

Work begins in early November 2026 and lasts until the end of the spring season 2027, at the turn of March-April. The job is full-time.
