Chef, Lomakeskus Himmerki, Posio

We are looking for an à la carte CHEF to Himmerki, Posio, for the winter season 2026-2027

Posio is one of Lapland's best-kept secrets — and now there is a place just for you. Lomakeskus Himmerki and Hotelli Kirikeskus offer experiences to travelers and residents year-round in Lapland's unique landscapes. Clear bodies of water, snowy forests, and fells create the setting that customers return to again and again. Himmerki has a total of 220 beds, two restaurants, and a growing number of both domestic and international guests. Himmerki offers its customers high-quality culinary experiences, emphasizing local food, local ingredients, and responsibility.

The work begins approx. 15.11.2026 and lasts until the end of the spring season, towards the end of March 2027. The work primarily involves à la carte chef duties, but the job description also includes other kitchen tasks. Versatile work, with duties at both Lomakeskus Himmerki and Hotelli Kirikeskus.

What do we expect from you?

• Previous experience in restaurant chef duties.
• A flexible and energetic work attitude

• Good teamwork skills and an independent work attitude
• Initiative, a brisk attitude, and passion for the restaurant industry.

• Good ability to handle pressure in a busy environment.
• Fluent English language skills

• Hygiene passport and food worker's health clearance
