Planning and controlling the use of resources and cranes for construction site processes in wind farms (main focus) Monitoring project progress as well as creating regular (daily/weekly) status updates and early identification of risks Ensuring the availability and efficient deployment planning of critical resources (e.g., cranes) to meet project schedules Coordination of various teams to ensure the timely delivery of components, equipment, and materials Close coordination with project managers, site managers, and on-site teams to ensure compliance with deadlines and milestones

Sound experience in resource and crane planning, ideally in renewable energies or the construction/infrastructure environment Experience in managing complex projects with multiple parallel processes and demanding schedules Very good knowledge of planning tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Power BI, Excel) Ability to work under pressure, react flexibly to changes, and proceed in a structured and solution-oriented manner Very good English skills (at least B2); Spanish skills are an advantage for collaboration in international teams Nordex offers a variety of attractive benefits - here you will find an excerpt of what awaits you with us.
