Field Service Technician

Are you a technical talent with a passion for tinkering and traveling? Then this position is for you! For our Service & Support team, we are looking for a Field Service Technician who will primarily work on-site performing repairs on trailers for special and heavy transport.

As a Field Service Technician, you will work mainly on-site, but you will also occasionally work in our workshop. Your activities include: Maintenance and repair work at customer locations, within Europe and occasionally beyond;

Diagnosing technical problems and performing appropriate repairs on-site;

Providing technical support to customers, including advice on the use and maintenance of trailers;

Additionally, performing scheduled maintenance and repairs on trailers in the workshop.

At least an mbo diploma in a technical field, such as Mechatronica, Werktuigbouwkunde, Autotechniek or Landbouwmechanisatie

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and customers;

• Experience as a technician, preferably as a field service technician;

Proficiency in the English and German languages, both oral and written, or willing to follow language training;

Thorough knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems;

Welding experience, preferably with certification, or willing to follow a course;

Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally beyond;

You love tinkering, know how to get things done and have a sense of responsibility;

• In possession of driving license B (and CE);
