Area Sales Manager South Germany and Austria

As part of the Nooteboom Group, Nooteboom Trailers B.V. is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of road-going special transport vehicles with payloads ranging from 20 to 1,000 tons. Four hundred highly motivated employees currently realize an annual turnover of approximately 100 million euros. To strengthen our sales team in Germany, we are looking for a Sales Manager for the sales area of South Germany and Austria.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

In this independent and versatile role, you are responsible for achieving the sales objectives in your region. You are the first point of contact for customers and represent Nooteboom in a professional and customer-oriented manner. Your tasks include, among others: Selling our product assortment in South Germany and Austria;

Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers;

Actively recruiting new customers with a focus on sustainable collaborations;

Providing expert commercial and technical advice;

Representing Nooteboom at (international) trade fairs, industry fairs, and industry events;

Performing administrative tasks such as analyzing and reporting sales data.

WHAT DO WE ASK?

A technical education at mbo/hbo level or a business administration background with technical affinity;

Demonstrable experience in sales within the sector of commercial vehicles, construction machinery, or mobile cranes;

Strong commercial skills and the ability to conduct contract negotiations independently;

Independent and proactive working attitude within an international team;

Good command of the English language in speech and writing; German is a strong plus;

Experience with MS Office and CRM systems;

Residing in the sales area and possessing a well-equipped home office;

Willingness to travel regularly and work flexibly.
