Job description: Job duties and responsibilities
Business Development Manager job description should contain the following duties and responsibilities:
- Develop business and plans with the assigned accounts/Customers
- Design and develop strategic development strategies and plans to grow business, lead a team,
- Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies
- Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development
- Educate, lead and supervise members of the business development team to ensure the business growth for the Shop.
- Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors
- suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle business deals operations and activities
- Oversee the implementation of different contracts
- Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key Customers and prospective clients
- Achieve given KPIs and increase sales, with good knowledge in computer and AI processing
- willing to work on weekends and PH (off-in lieu will be provided)
