The Position Reporting to the Marketing and Scientific Technical Direction, you will manage the Hip range on the French market and contribute to the company's communication.

Your main missions***Hip Range Management - Ensure the development, positioning, and performance of the range on the French market

  • Product Strategy - Define the launch plan and life cycle of hip products in connection with the group strategy
  • Digital Communication - Contribute to the company's digital communication strategy: social media management, web content creation, newsletters
  • Field Support & Training - Support surgeons and operating room teams on the hip range as well as on transverse ranges; train field sales and technical teams on product use
  • Management of Designer Groups - Coordinate groups of expert surgeons involved in product development, in close connection with the group's R&D teams
  • Market Analysis - Monitor trends, competition, and surgeon expectations to guide range evolutions
  • Sales Support Tools - Design arguments, training materials, and digital content intended for the sales force
  • Events & Congresses - Organize the company's presence at medical congresses and promotional events
  • Cross-functional Coordination - Collaborate closely with sales teams, the group's Product Managers, and headquarters
  • Regulatory Support - Ensure internal coordination to meet regulatory requirements related to the range

Profile sought***Higher education in marketing, communication, or business school (Bac +4/5)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a product manager, in the medical devices sector and ideally in orthopedics
  • Good knowledge of the operating room environment; experience in surgical support is an asset
  • Mastery of marketing and digital tools
  • Proficiency in professional English
  • Rigor, analytical spirit, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and a taste for field work
