SALES CLERK

Responsibilities: Consistently offers high level of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service. Assists customers in the selection of merchandise, does suggestive selling of new products and on-going promotional items and directs them to the nearest counter for payment. Replenishes and arranges stocks on display and ensure availability in the selling area. Assists in the inventory taking: ensures the safety of merchandise and maintains the cleanliness of the selling area Engages with customers and endorses direct complaints to superior for proper handling (if any).

Qualifications/Requirements: At least High School graduate With strong communication and customer service skills
