Your tasks

Within the Event Management Team, you will work in a rich and complex technical environment. Your missions consist of:

• Monitoring client infrastructures and services via supervision tools.
• Taking into account, analyzing, and qualifying reported alerts.
• Distinguishing false positives, informative events, and proven incidents.
• Evaluating the impact, scope, and criticality level of events.
• Opening, completing, and routing tickets to the competent teams.
• Applying operating, escalation, and notification procedures.
• Guaranteeing a clear, structured, and actionable transmission of information.
• Contributing to the fulfillment of response commitments.
• Identifying recurrences, supervision anomalies, and optimization needs.
• Participating in the continuous improvement of the monitoring system and runbooks.
• Escalating any subject requiring it to your manager.

Requirements

A graduate with a Bac to Bac +2 degree, you possess solid foundations in networking and an initial professional experience.

Calm and smiling, customer satisfaction is your priority and you possess excellent interpersonal skills.
