Junior IT System Administrator ( Protected Categories L.68/99 – art. 18 ) Who we are Nomios Italy is the Italian headquarters of the Nomios Group, a European company specializing in cybersecurity and network security. The role To expand the team, we are looking for a Junior IT resource to support operational and technical activities, including interaction in English. Main activities Ordinary management and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (workstations, network, servers)

First-level technical support to colleagues (internal help desk) and management of tickets/requests

Management of users, permissions, and accounts (IT onboarding/offboarding)

Basic monitoring of backups and cybersecurity activities (in line with company policies)

Technical interface with external suppliers (hardware, software, connectivity)

Management of IT asset inventory and licenses

Updating of internal IT documentation and procedures

Support for the configuration and documentation of security rules according to the policies defined by the Group

Technical diploma or degree in the IT field

Basic knowledge of: Windows operating systems (and preferably Linux), network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), user/permission management

Familiarity (even from laboratory/internship) with Active Directory environments and typical IT administration tools

English: good comprehension and communication skills (email/calls with colleagues/suppliers)

Good interpersonal skills and orientation toward supporting non-technical users

Precision, organization, and proactivity

Nice to have Even brief experience (internship/traineeship) in IT support/sysadmin

Cybersecurity notions (basic hardening, MFA, updates, antivirus/EDR)

Knowledge of VMware and/or Microsoft Azure/Microsoft 365
