Mission:
To complete our NOC team, we are looking for 1 Incident & Change Manager. Reporting to the Support Manager, your mission consists of driving real-time incident management and controlling planned changes:
Real-time Operational Management Ensure that incidents are properly taken into account from the moment they are detected or escalated Prioritize and lead crisis bridges Coordinate internal technical teams and partners Trigger the appropriate level of vigilance for high-impact changes
Backlog Management & Execution Discipline (Incidents and Changes) Maintain a clear, prioritized, and controlled global backlog Identify stagnant tickets or changes and follow up / accelerate Guarantee the processing order and consistency of priorities Ensure a clean handover between teams Control and delegate the backlog of absentees
Change Quality and Governance Refuse / reschedule non-compliant changes
Operational Planning & Coordination Synchronize interventions according to capacities, dependencies, and windows Avoid collisions between ongoing changes and/or incidents Alert service managers in case of overload, conflict, or operational drift
Communication and Stakeholder Management Ensure clear, structured, and regular communication during an incident Inform internal stakeholders and clients in crisis situations
Continuous Improvement and Quality Identify and report drifts or anomalies Contribute to continuous improvement (lessons learned)
If you have: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position A global understanding of network / infra / security environments A Dynamic, organized temperament, oriented towards service and customer satisfaction Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to unite teams A keen sense of detail Very good stress management Perfect mastery of English
