Your role As a Waiter/Waitress Assistant-Runner , you will play a key operational role supporting the flow of service by ensuring the efficient movement of food and beverages from the kitchen to the service areas, as well as maintaining clean, organized, and fully prepared back-of-house and pass stations. Your focus is on speed, cleanliness, and operational readiness rather than direct guest service.

What you will do: Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to the service area quickly and accurately

Support the cleaning and clearing of trays, plates, cutlery, and glassware throughout service

Ensure all used service items are promptly removed from service areas

Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked pass and back-of-house stations

Assist in the washing, sorting, and preparation of service equipment as needed

Support table clearing to ensure continuous service flow and efficiency

Restock service stations with necessary items (cutlery, glassware, napkins, etc.)

Assist in mise en place and preparation tasks before, during, and after service

Communicate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operational flow

Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times

Support speed and efficiency during peak service periods

Report any missing, broken, or damaged items to the appropriate team

Represent operational discipline and cleanliness standards of the brand

Perform any additional duties consistent with the role as assigned by Management

Collaborate flexibly with operational needs and service demands

Contribute to the development of the project during pre-opening and operational phases

Basic Spanish required; English is a plus

Valid EU / Spain work permit

Tu rol Como Ayudante de Camarero/a-Runner , desempeñarás un papel operativo clave apoyando el flujo del servicio, asegurando el traslado eficiente de alimentos y bebidas desde cocina o barra hasta las áreas de servicio, así como el mantenimiento de espacios limpios, organizados y listos para operar. Tu enfoque estará en la rapidez, limpieza y soporte operativo, más que en la atención directa al cliente.

¿Qué harás? Transportar alimentos y bebidas desde cocina o barra hasta las áreas de servicio de forma rápida y precisa

Apoyar en la limpieza y retirada de bandejas, platos, cubiertos y cristalería durante el servicio

Asegurar la retirada rápida de todo el material utilizado en las áreas de servicio

Mantener el pase y las zonas de back-of-house limpias, organizadas y abastecidas

Apoyar en el lavado, clasificación y preparación de material de servicio cuando sea necesario

Colaborar en la retirada de mesas para asegurar la continuidad y eficiencia del servicio

Reponer estaciones de servicio con los elementos necesarios (cubiertos, cristalería, servilletas, etc.)

Apoyar en el mise en place y tareas de preparación antes, durante y después del servicio

Comunicarse con cocina y sala para garantizar un flujo operativo fluido

Cumplir en todo momento con las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria

Apoyar la rapidez y eficiencia durante picos de servicio

Reportar cualquier material faltante, roto o dañado

Representar los estándares de orden, limpieza y disciplina operativa de la marca

Realizar otras funciones acordes al puesto asignadas por la Dirección

Colaborar de forma flexible con las necesidades operativas y del servicio

Contribuir al desarrollo del proyecto durante las fases de preapertura y operación

Permiso de trabajo válido en la UE / España
